Headquarter was receiving reports from regional offices but they struggled to get an overall view on the business. Reports were static, and new reports needed to be created if executives wanted to see data aggregated or categorised differently. Sales projections were off and outside standard error margins.
iExcel created a system that automatically collects data, processes it and loads it into a database. Views and dashboards were created to analyse, pivot and filter the data. An integrated forecasting module was added with a forecasting accuracy tracking.
With better reports and better tools, the company managed to understand their business much better, identify opportunities and areas of concern in a timely manner, and provide accurate forecasting for better business planning.
