I didn’t really understand that you could actually do what they did in Excel. I didn’t know it was possible. For me the most impressive part of the work iExcel did for us was the anticipation of what we wanted, from only a basic brief, the first draft presentations of the platforms we saw were already 99% of our expectations, couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The Branch wanted to develop an automated budgeting solution to meet the needs of our growing business. The project was outsourced to iExcel. iExcel took the time to understand our requirements and offer design suggestions that will enable the budgeting tool cater for future changes. The budgeting tool has significantly reduced the time taken to produce a new budget / forecast whilst providing greater flexibility to produce individual profit centre numbers. iExcel conducted themselves in a professional manner and were able to deliver the project within what were at times tight timeliness.

With each department using their own template, there was a lack of synergy, which resulted in excessive management and consolidation time, as well as errors. iExcel created a structured and dynamic Budgeting and Forecasting application with restricted login access which allows for easy budget/forecast compiling and automatically consolidates data into a master application, providing top down control and visibility at all times. This helps us a lot in our daily operation.
