iExcel worked together with the company financial and hotel pre-opening teams to set up a system that automates most of the tasks. The interface is connected to a number of systems and data sources so that relevant data is pre-populated based on chosen parameters. The solution is quick and felxible allowing high levels of customization.

Working using a common structure, and being able to control the data used in a secured manner with various levels of permissions provides a whole new way of approaching these multiple projects. More projects can be handled better and more accurately.

iExcel designed and developed a forecasting software that allows to plan the activity including production and stocks for 3 months, with daily fine tuning of next months and on-day final order.

A bespoke system allowed for a complex operation to handle a large number of flights and grow the activity steadily.

iExcel developed a system that extracts, transforms and loads the data from 3 systems in order to build visualisations and dashboards with a high degree of cross-referencing and filtering. This allows the user to quickly understand the situation at a high and detailed level and to identify areas that need to be prioritised.

Understanding and visualising the recruitment status and process on a daily basis termendously improves the whole recruitment activity, and results in more successful recruitments.

iExcel built a visual scheduling platform that alowed to plug divers to a scheduling board according to all the safety constrains and other restrictions. In addition to a leave module, a training and skillset module were also added in order to follow up and promote diver's abilities, which in turns facilitated scheduling.

Faster and more accurate scheduling together with thorough follow up of required training and skill acquisition allowed for a much smoother operation, a director more available to its team, better control and a happier team.

iExcel built a model that captured purchases and stored them in a database. Views and reports were set up to allow real time comparison between the budget and actual spending. User-friendly clicks allowed to click through accounts and pinpoint spending that drove particular spendings
